Justice Sandra Day O'Connor
1930 - 2023
Although Sandra Day O'Connor's legacy was praised, it should be remembered that she voted for abortion (legalized killings), racial discrimination in college admissions, and arguably election interference. The latter two are crimes under federal law.
1-She voted for Abortion in Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992): O'Connor was part of the majority opinion that upheld the essential holding of Roe v. Wade regarding abortion rights. The decision reaffirmed a woman's right to choose to have an abortion while allowing states to impose certain restrictions as long as they do not place an "undue burden" on the woman.
The startling statistic is that abortions (legalized killings) result in more deaths than crime and accidents, and more than cancer, heart disease, and AIDS. In the United States, the abortion rate for Black women is more than 3 times that of White women. On average, more than 900 Black babies are aborted every day in our country. More than 20 million Black babies have been aborted since the 1973 Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision legalized abortion in our country. This continues to impact the population levels of African Americans in the United States. Source: https://rtl.org/multicultural-outreach/black-abortion-statistics/.

Many people are unaware that Margaret Sanger was the founder of the American Birth Control League, which later became Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger was no doubt a controversial figure, with disturbing views on eugenics race, and population control. Some argue she even wanted to exterminate the black race but others are trying to erase that part of her past.
In the eyes of some, Margaret Sanger has been a heroine; in the eyes of others, she's been a destructive force. In her own words, Sanger pushed for a society that limited births to those she deemed fit to have children. "I think the greatest disaster in the world is bringing children into the world that have diseases from their parents and that have no chance in the world to be a human being.
In 1916 Sanger opened the country's first birth control clinic. As a member of the American Eugenics Society, she advocated improving the genetic composition of humans through controlled reproduction of different races and classes and often wrote about the issue in the journal she founded called The Birth Control Review.
In her 1919 writing, she wrote, "I believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded the insane, and the syphilitic. The most urgent problem today is how to limit and discourage the over-fertility of the mentally and physically defective."
Many point to a 1923 New York Times interview as proof of Sandra's racist motives in which she referred to people as weeds, saying it means the release and cultivation of the better racial elements in our society and the gradual suppression elimination, and eventual extirpation of defective stocks.
Margaret Sanger's goals to eliminate certain people sound just like Hitler's pogrom...and the goals of the World Economic Forum globalists to reduce the population.
2-Sandra Day O'Connor also voted for reverse racial discrimination in Grutter v. Bollinger (2003): It upheld the affirmative action admissions policy of the University of Michigan Law School. The decision permitted the use of racial preference in student admissions to promote student diversity. In doing so, she violated federal law. In 1964, Congress passed the Civil Rights Act which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
Additionally, Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under the color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.
Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. The crime doesn't need to be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin of the victim.
3-Sandra Day O'Connor also voted for election interference in Bush v. Gore (2000): In this highly controversial decision regarding the disputed presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore, O'Connor sided with the majority in stopping the recount of the Florida votes, effectively securing Bush's victory in the election.
4-Summary. On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court overturned both Roe and Casey in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The holding was that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion and that the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives. Read the full case here.
The fake news and other organizations screamed bloody murder that Dobbs "banned" abortions. It did nothing of the sort. Whenever anyone resorts to lying, all arguments supporting their position are suspect.
The undeniable truth is that from zygote, to embryo, to fetus, to birth, a human life is growing inside the womb. Those odd labels for different stages in the growth of a human are merely medical terms. They do not prove that life growing inside the womb is less than human and disposable.
Another label to obfuscate the killing of humans is the term "Pro-Choice." Whatever your position is on abortion, the use of pro-choice is deceptive. Women make their choice when they spread their legs, and they are responsible for whatever comes afterward. They can bring that innocent life into the world (pro-life) or kill it (pro-death).
Thanks to the ObamaCare insurance mandates, you are not given a choice. Your taxes are forcibly extracted from you to finance pro-death abortions. HR 7 is a pending bill in the House to prohibit the use of federal funds (except in certain cases) to provide abortion services and would prohibit the federal government from offering subsidies for health insurance that covers those services. The bill also would prohibit federal health care facilities or federal employees from providing abortion services.
What's most amazing is that the pro-death crowd is willing to vote for a criminally corrupt and decrepit Joe Biden on this one issue alone. For them, it outweighs the survival of this once-great country.
